Our firm worked closely with W&L Subaru and Subaru Corporate to realize a new location for their dealership. The existing dealership space was not adequate to keep up with the demand of car sales and services. The new 43,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility includes a ten-car showroom, 18 service bays, private negotiating areas for sales discussions, a comfortable waiting room with refreshments, a children’s play area, car wash, quick check alignment machines and more parking.
