$2,200,000 rehabilitation of 1941 Art Deco, single-screen movie palace.  This project required a tough integration of modern fire-safety, environmental control, and theater technologies while maintaining the original Art Deco architectural elements.  Original lighting fixtures, seat stanchions, and artwork were conserved and re-born to serve the now multi-purpose facility. Project included full conservation of interior decorative finishes and integration of new projection, sound, lighting, HVAC, sprinkler, and electrical systems. Project completed in 2010, on-time and on budget.
