Client: Pennsylvania College of Technology

This project began as a Feasibility Study to assist the College in determining if the building was suitable for their intended use.  The Study concluded is was and provided a range of options from $800,000 to $1,500,000 in renovation/additions.

The College negotiated purchase and hired us to complete the project.  Design has commenced to create a new ‘Satellite’ building for the College.  The program focuses on the Nursing Program with two specific ‘Nursing Labs’.  The remainder of the building is general purpose classrooms, student spaces, and offices for Faculty/Staff.

A small addition includes a new elevator to mitigate the existing ‘split level’ building and ‘announce’ the Entry.
