This project expanded upon Nottingham Village’s high level of elderly care to provide a new facility focusing on memory and dementia care. The 48 suite accommodations are available in both private and semi-private bedroom layouts with full bathrooms in each suite.

The spacious facility was designed over one level of approximately 42,000 square feet, grouped into neighborhoods with full open kitchens and living areas in every “neighborhood”. The open layout was specifically designed to eliminate confusing, isolating hallways and offer a supportive, home-like environment for the residents.
