Client: Mifflinburg Bank and Trust
Location: Lewisburg, PA

The Downtown Lewisburg Branch included full renovation of 2,770sf for the new branch.  The building allows for an additional 950sf of leased rental space.  The new branch includes 4 teller windows, 3 offices and a large meeting room.  The exterior design picks up on the bank’s ‘brand’ with a new entrance piece.  The project was completed in 2013.

Due to the unusual nature of this site within the Downtown Commercial Zoning District, a tricky variance was needed to allow for the signage the Bank wanted.  This was successfully presented to the Zoning Hearing Board and installed according to the Bank’s wishes.
