Client: East Buffalo Township
Location: Lewisburg, PA

A two-building complex to house all of the Township’s functions. The first, an 8,500 sf Office Building houses the main Township Offices and Meeting Rooms, Township Zoning Office, and a large multi-purpose Community Meeting room.  The second structure is a Public Works Building that houses the Township’s fleet of maintenance vehicles and repair garage.

The design of the building is a reflection of the Township’s agrarian roots while blending with the solidarity of a municipal structure.  This project integrates sustainable building practices and has achieved an Energy Star Partner rating that incorporates a high-performance building envelope, energy efficient lighting and HVAC Systems system, and renewable materials were selected whenever possible to achieve this rating.
