Client: Zartman Construction
Location: Lewisburg, PA

We were contracted through Zartman Construction as a ‘Design-Build’ Contract to design, document, and complete construction of this project all within a 4 month window.

The University was provided a financial gift to fund this project late-spring 2012.  The project needed to be completed by the commencement of classes in the fall.  We quickly documented the space, overlaid the unique requirements of Squash, and provided renderings to obtain approval from the donor to proceed.  Drawings for permitting were then fast-tracked and construction commenced.

All work was completed within a roughly 4 month window.
