Client: Town of Bloomsburg

The Bloomsburg Town Hall is a National Register Listed property which sits at an important crossroads at the core of this historic community.  The space planning aspect of the project focused mainly on the Police Department.  The Police occupy most of the existing First Floor of the building and could use approximately 50% more space.  Six different options were explored with budgets ranging from $150,000 up to $1,200,000.

The Study also includes a general Existing Conditions Assessment and an upgrade to the building’s Emergency Generator system.
