An old existing building required a façade renovation to attract potential tenants.  The design reflected a previous building that was directly adjacent to the site.  The new façade did not replicate but spoke to the old movie theater that no longer exists in the downtown.  It was important to speak to the past through design without directly replicating the previous design.
